Stephanie Wong from Des Voeux Chambers was invited to deliver a CPD seminar on the topic of “Intellectual Property, the Creative Industry and Technology” for the La Salle College Old Boy’s Association on 16 March 2024 at La Salle College.
In this seminar, Stephanie shared on the dynamic interplay between intellectual property rights and the creative industry, spotlighting the challenges and opportunities posed by technological advancements such as generative AI creations.
The seminar was attended by La Salle old boys from backgrounds of all sorts, including from the creative industry and the legal industry. The seminar was particularly interactive with many interesting questions from the audience throughout.
