Ms. Winnie Tam SC moderated a panel on Arbitrating IP Disputes with Jennifer Wu, Sebastian Hughes, Cunyuan ZHANG and Tong Xin, exploring the advantages and limitations of resolving transactional disputes relating to IP assets, and discussing the latest institutional guidelines on the subject.
The event was attended by nearly 100 arbitrators, arbitration counsel, and in-house lawyers — some visiting the magnificent premises of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration for the first time!
Other panels covered current topics in arbitration practice, from investor-state disputes to sanctions. The discussions were engaging, and the views shared were truly insightful.
