DVC is pleased to announce that Hew Yang-Wahn was appointed as a panellist of the Asian Sports Tribunal of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in January 2024.
The Asian International Arbitration Centre is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and was the first of its kind to be established under the Asian African Legal Consultative Organization, an international organization comprising 47-member states from across the region. It is an official Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) alternative hearing centre and recently introduced the first edition of its Asian Sports Arbitration Rules.
Members of DVC have been appointed on various panels of arbitrators in international and Mainland arbitration institutions and regularly act as arbitrators in international and cross-border commercial arbitrations.
