The Society of Construction Law Korea and the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong will be co-hosting a joint seminar on 28 October 2024 as part of the Seoul ADR Festival 2024. The theme of the seminar is “Commercial, Cultural and Legal Challenges in Cross-border Construction Projects”.
Des Voeux Chambers member Kaiser Leung will join as a panel speaker, along side Sangchul Kim of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Sangyub Sean Lee of KCAB INTERNATIONAL, Peter Turner KC of 39 Essex Chambers and Ji Yoon (June) Park of HKIAC focusing on challenges when disputes arise in cross-border construction projects.
