On 22 February 2023, Des Voeux Chambers had the pleasure of receiving a group of ten delegates from the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and South China (Hong Kong) International Arbitration Academy (SCIA-HK) at the DVC Conference Centre.
Led by Dr Liu Xiaochun, President of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and Executive Director of South China (Hong Kong) International Arbitration Academy (SCIA-HK), the delegation also comprised Ms Wang Suli and Ms An Xin, both Vice Presidents of SCIA, and Mr Li Xiongfeng, Deputy Secretary General of SCIA-HK and other core members of the team.
