Winnie Tam SC and Jacqueline Law gave a seminar on behalf of the Hong Kong Bar Association for the National Training Session for Foreign-related Arbitration Lawyers last week, presenting the advantages of Hong Kong’s arbitration system and key aspects of international arbitration practice.
This training session is a two-week programme, jointly organised by the Hong Kong International Legal Talents Training Academy (HKILTTA) and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), composing a group of in-house counsel from State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) recommended by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, esteemed arbitrators and legal practitioners recommended by the local bureaus of justice and local lawyers’ associations.
