This year’s Global Arbitration Review (GAR) Live Shanghai 2024 was successfully held last week (27 June). Leading practitioners in international arbitration attended the event to discuss the latest arbitration trends in the region. During the panel discussion, Winnie Tam SC and panelists Tuuli Timonen (Dottir Attorneys), Brad Wang (CIETAC Hong Kong Arbitration Center) and Cunyuan ZHANG (Singapore International Arbitration Centre) discussed the positive developments in international arbitration to accommodate the complex nature of intellectual property disputes. The session was moderated by XueYu Yang (Hui Zhong Law Firm).
