Effective from 31 December 2023, we bid farewell to Ms Elaine Chan, who has retired as Head Clerk after more than three decades of distinguished and loyal service to Chambers. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Elaine for her unwavering dedication, and professionalism over the years.
Ms Jeani Wang, Director of Practice Development, has been appointed as Head Clerk of Des Voeux Chambers upon Elaine’s retirement. Jeani, who is also the Director of Practice Development, will take on this additional role to further enhance and coordinate, the services we provide to our clients. With over 15 years of experience in business development and client relationship management in the legal profession, with particular focus on the Hong Kong and Mainland markets, Jeani’s exceptional track record and insights into the industry make her the ideal fit for this pivotal role. We are also pleased to introduce Ms Clara Tsui as our new Chambers Manager. In her role, Clara will oversee Chambers’ day-to-day operations, and provide general support to our members.
