Des Voeux Chambers, Rong Ying Law Firm, and LexisNexis are pleased to announce the successful publication of “Perspectives on Interim Measures for Commercial Disputes in Hong Kong and Mainland China“, at the Book Launch Ceremony held at DVC Conference Centre on 22 January 2025.

Co-authored by 12 lawyers and barristers from Rong Ying Law Firm in Beijing and Des Voeux Chambers in Hong Kong, the book discusses common interim measures in Mainland China and Hong Kong, as well as their cross-border application between the two regions, providing readers with a comprehensive and in-depth perspective to help them formulate effective litigation or arbitration strategies in complex cross-border commercial dispute resolutions.

Dr William Wong SC of Des Voeux Chambers, Michael Sit, Managing Director for LexisNexis Greater China, and Mr Bai Lin, Managing Partner of Rong Ying Law Firm, delivered the opening speeches at the Book Launch Ceremony, followed by an engaging panel discussion by the authors Ellen Pang, Cherry Xu, Bai Lin, and David Ning with Charlie Liu as the moderator. The panelists shared some practical insights illustrating how the strategies and concepts discussed in the book have been applied in real-world cases. The audience was also highly engaged throughout the session.
