Upcoming IBA Litigating in the Asia Pacific Conference with DVC’s Winnie Tam as panel chair

Winnie Tam SC is delighted to be chairing a panel on Tracing the influence of Western Jurisprudence in Asian jurisdictions at the upcoming International Bar Association (IBA) Asia Pacific Regional Conference, taking place in Singapore on 1-2 September 2022. Winnie will be joined by distinguished speakers, including Hong Kong Non-Permanent Judge of the Court of Final Appeal Mr Justice Robert Tang, Judge of the Federal Court of Malaysia Datuk Nallini Pathmanathan, and other distinguished jurists practising from the region.  Other topics of the Conference include: -
