陈宇轩大律师有着广泛的民法与商业执业经验，执业重点为公司法、清盘、破产、竞争法、信托及土地事宜。
陈大律师于2015年加入德辅大律师事务所，自此之后，他经常单独代表客户或协助资深大律师参与在高等法院的原诉庭和上诉庭进行的聆讯。他处理过正式审讯和包括剔除申请、简易判决、缺席判决、专家证据、特定披露命令以及就讼费提供的保证在内的非正审申请。他亦经常为客户提供法律咨询服务。
陈大律师以一等荣誉毕业获得香港大学法律 JD 学位，并获得全额奖学金赴剑桥大学攻读法学硕士，专攻商法。在修读法律之前，陈大律师于加州大学伯克利分校学习经济，以成绩优异毕业。
