New Pilot Scheme for Private Adjudication

DVC's Head of Chambers, John Scott QC, SC, JP, Mairéad Rattigan and Frances Irving are currently working on a new groundbreaking procedure in Hong Kong to enable private Adjudication of Financial Disputes in Matrimonial and Family disputes, assisted by training from UK experts.
